Please visit https://txsef.tamu.edu/display-and-safety/ for display and safety guidelines and pro tips for physical boards. No electricity will be provided.
Board setup is Friday, March 24 after check-in, and finalists cannot leave until their board has been approved by the TXSEF Display & Safety team. Finalists will receive an envelope upon arrival that will contain a Display & Safety (D&S) card. Once their poster has been set up at their designated table, finalists will bring the card to the D&S table, so that the D&S team knows the poster is ready for review. Finalists will return to their posters and wait for the D&S team to review them. If finalists receive an infraction from Display & Safety, they are to correct it and have it reviewed again before they leave.
