Office Hours

TXSEF Office Hours are a supportive resource for students, parents and families preparing for TXSEF. These sessions are designed to answer questions and provide guidance on TXSEF policies and procedures, including Display & Safety and the Scientific Review Committee (SRC). Our goal is to make TXSEF as accessible and transparent as possible.

To participate in TXSEF Office Hours:

• Students/Parents/Teachers must register in advance using the provided link and briefly explain what assistance they are seeking.
• A parent or guardian must be present on the Zoom call.
• All meetings will be recorded in accordance with University Youth Programs requirements.
• Participants should review the TXSEF Terms of Use prior to attending.
• Office Hours are not intended as a complaint forum, but rather as a helpful resource for understanding TXSEF expectations and processes.

Once registration is complete, participants will receive a Zoom link by email prior to the scheduled meeting.
