To participate in the Texas Science & Engineering Fair, all students must check in, set up projects and receive approval from the display and safety team between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Friday, March, 27, 2020. If a student is unable to be available during this time, they will need to find a teacher/parent/guardian to check in, set up projects and receive approval from the display and safety team. Student attendance is required on Saturday, March 28, 2020, to be judged in the Texas Science & Engineering Fair.
Projects CANNOT be removed until after the awards ceremony. Any projects removed prior to the ceremony will be disqualified. Any projects is not picked up by 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2020, will not be held and will be removed and disregarded that night.
All finalists will be given a Texas Science & Engineering Fair badge and this badge must be worn at all times, including the awards ceremony. Without a badge, finalists will not be allowed to participate.
